We had the opportunity to visit the farm market at Cows and Co Creamery. Because it is Sunday, we were not able to see the actual creamery working, however, we were able to visit their farm market and purchase some very delicious gelato and cheese.
What's the difference between gelato and ice cream? Both are frozen desserts but they are made with different ingredients and are made differently and the final products have a different texture. Gelato uses milk where ice cream uses cream. The slow churning process of gelato gives it a thicker texture. Ice cream sometimes uses eggs.
Love ice cream & Gelato, berry it was delicious!!!
